I have purchased Premium, but didn’t receive my QR Code. What should I do?

After a successful purchase, the Premium QR Code is automatically sent to your registered email address. Please check your Inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, log in to superprofile.bio using the same email ID you used during purchase. Go to the Purchased section to re-download your QR Code anytime.

The QR Code is not scanning properly. How can I fix this?

After downloading the QR Code, do not edit, crop, resize, compress, or apply filters to it. Any modification may cause scanning issues. To fix this, simply re-download the original QR Code and upload it again. Once uploaded, the system will automatically scan it and generate your Activation Code.

I purchased Premium using one email. Can I use it on another device?

Yes, you can use your Premium QR Code on another device, but only with the original QR image provided after purchase. Make sure you are logged in with the same email used during checkout.

It says “Invalid or Expired QR Code”. Why am I seeing this?

This issue usually occurs when a QR Code is shared with other users. Each Premium QR Code is strictly for single-user access. Sharing your QR Code can lead to multiple scans, which may automatically invalidate it. Always use your original QR Code and do not share it publicly or privately.

I accidentally deleted my Premium QR email. Can I get it again?

Yes. Log in to superprofile.bio using your purchase email and visit the Purchased section to download your Premium QR Code again. There is no need to purchase it again.

Can I share my Premium QR Code with friends or team members?

No. Premium QR Codes are for individual use only. Sharing your QR Code may result in access issues or permanent deactivation without prior notice.
